What information do we collect?
We collect the information you choose to send us, such as your name, email address, business details and project description.
Why do we use your information?
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and deliver projects. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and performing that contract.
How long do we keep it?
We keep enquiry emails for up to two years and project records for six years for accounting purposes, then delete them.
Who do we share it with?
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that run our email and hosting, under data processing terms.
What are your rights?
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, and to object to its use.
