These terms apply to every project Bradford Web Design carries out. Each project also has a written fixed quote that sets out its scope, price and timescale.
How are projects quoted?
Every project receives a fixed written quote before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.
How does payment work?
Payment stages are set out in each quote. A deposit secures the project start date.
Who owns the website?
You own your website design, content and domain once the final invoice is paid. Third-party software keeps its own licence terms.
Do you guarantee rankings or AI mentions?
No. Search engines and AI platforms decide rankings and citations. We guarantee the agreed work, not a position or mention.
Which law applies?
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
