Our web design process.

Our web design process has four stages: discover, design, develop and launch. SEO, AEO and GEO are built into every stage, not added at the end. A typical small business website moves through all four in four to eight weeks.

01

Discover: what does the website need to do?

The discover stage defines your customers, your goals and the pages the website needs.

This stage includes keyword and AI question research, so every page targets a real search.

You receive a sitemap and a fixed quote at the end of this stage.

02

Design: how will the website look and read?

The design stage produces phone and desktop designs for the key pages.

You review and approve the designs before development begins.

03

Develop: how is the website built?

The develop stage builds the approved design into a fast, accessible, search-ready website.

Every page includes SEO metadata, structured data and question-led answers for AI search.

We test it on real phones, tablets and desktop browsers.

04

Launch: what happens when the site goes live?

The launch stage connects your domain, sets up analytics and submits the sitemap to Google.

We check the live site after launch and agree any follow-up improvements.

How involved am I in the process?

You review the design at each stage, and nothing goes live until you approve it.
